Move-In & Move-Out Cleaning in Ottawa
Moving already comes with enough to manage. Neatez helps make the transition easier with detailed cleaning for homes you are leaving and homes you are about to move into.
Move-out cleaning
A move-out clean is designed to leave an empty or nearly empty home thoroughly cleaned for the next occupant, landlord, buyer, or final walkthrough. The exact scope depends on the property condition and any requested add-ons.
Move-in cleaning
A move-in clean helps you start in a fresher space before furniture and boxes take over. It is a useful option when you want kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and other key areas cleaned before settling in.
Common focus areas
- Kitchens and bathrooms
- Cabinet and storage-area surfaces when included in the agreed scope
- Baseboards, doors and reachable detail areas
- Vacuuming and mopping throughout the property
- Empty rooms, closets and common areas
- Optional appliance or special-detail add-ons when requested
Planning around your moving date
For best results, request your cleaning as early as possible and tell us when the property will be accessible and whether it will be empty. Availability depends on the date, location, size, condition, and requested scope.
